About Us | The Vision | Campus Pastors | History
"Let every student be plainly instructed, and earnestly pressed to consider well, the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus Christ, which is eternal life (John 17:3), and therefore to lay Christ in the bottom, as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and learning." - Harvard University , 1642
The Vision
The vision of The Church Reloaded is to inspire faith and friendships on campus and in the community through these key activities: worship, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, witness. For more click here.
Why is it called The Church Reloaded?
First off, we are a church, but not in the typical building structure that most might think. The Bible talks about a church being a generation of people that come together around the common cause of Jesus Christ.
Secondly, the word 'reloaded' is paradigm shift in our thinking. God is always working through his people. In the previous generations it was mainline denominations, but now, this generation has grown tired on traditions and seeks raw truth from the Word of God and with passion is living it out. We exist to revel the truth that Jesus Christ is the salvation that mankind has been searching for.
Who can attend?
The Church Reloaded seeks to introduce fellow collegians and young marketplace people to an authentic experience and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are a movement of 18-25 year olds convinced that we will not only transform the university but also the marketplace and the world.
What happens at a weekly meeting?
Those in attendance will experience worship, prayer and then challenged to prioritize their lives around the values and principles of God's Word. The hope is that we may in turn embrace God's destiny for us in His larger adventure.
Our Affiliations:
Like all campus groups with creditable ministries we are affiliated to organizations larger than ourselves. We are apart of the movement of college campus ministries called Chi Alpha which is affiliated to a larger movement of churches called the Assemblies of God. If you have any question please contact Pastor James.
